Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Terraform Technologies ("Terraform AI", "we", "us") handles information in connection with Cadence, our data-reporting service, and our website. We keep this simple: your business data is yours, and we never sell it or train models on it.
1. Who we are
Cadence is operated by Terraform Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia (SSM No. 202603168488 / 003864528-T). You can reach us at info@terraform.my.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, work email, company name, and login credentials.
- Connected data sources — when you connect a source (e.g. Stripe, Google Analytics, your CRM or accounting tools), we access the business data needed to build your reports. Access is read-only by default.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Usage data — basic logs, device/browser details, and how you interact with the product, used to keep the service reliable and secure.
3. How we use information
- To provide the service — pull, clean, model, and analyze your connected data and deliver your reports and chat answers.
- To process subscriptions and send service communications.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the product.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations, including Malaysian e-invoicing requirements.
4. What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never use your business data to train our own or anyone else's models. Your connected data is used only to produce your reports and answers.
5. Sharing & processors
We share information only with service providers that help us run Cadence — for example Stripe (payments) and our cloud/hosting providers — under agreements that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it. You can disconnect a source or request deletion at any time. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your information, and withdraw consent, by emailing info@terraform.my. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside Malaysia by our service providers. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
