Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Cadence, a data-reporting service provided by Terraform Technologies ("Terraform AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Cadence connects to the data sources you authorize, runs analysis on a schedule you set, and delivers reports and answers about your business data. Features, limits, and availability are described on our website and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to connect any data source you add.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Cadence is offered on a subscription basis with the plans and prices shown on our pricing page. Paid plans may begin with a free trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, attempting to access data you are not authorized to, reverse-engineering the service, or disrupting its operation.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. We never sell it or train models on it. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Cadence, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Terraform Technologies. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers

Cadence provides analysis and reporting to support your decisions; it is not financial, legal, or tax advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terraform Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you can export your reports; we will delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any disputes.
